Introducing yo. mama, our specialised prenatal yoga class designed to keep you mobile, comfortable and mentally prepared for your exciting journey ahead.
The class is based on a vinyasa flow framework but carries a slower pace, allowing you time to carefully feel your way into each pose. There is a large emphasis on breathing and postural cueing throughout this mindful practice.

- Overcoming fear and uncertainty
