At here. our approach to physiotherapy is a little different.

We believe education is paramount, that you need to truly understand what’s going on in your body if we’re to fix it together. We believe in taking an active approach to your rehab whenever possible and clinically relevant.

We don’t just treat injuries, we work with you to prevent them.

Our biomechanical assessment process is comprehensive and considered at every step. Likewise, we believe it’s important to involve you in your own treatment. We don’t use (metaphorical) bandaids, rather we’ll teach you exercises to address the root cause of your body’s issues and give you the skills and knowledge to make informed, healthy decisions. We’ll get you moving.

    Jess holds bachelors in Exercise Science and Sports Management and a Master of Physiotherapy. She is also a qualified personal trainer. Jess has developed a keen interest in sporting injuries, exercise based rehabilitation, pre and post orthopedic rehabilitation and pre and postnatal musculoskeletal management as well as pelvic floor training. She also loves her Pilates and teaches classes each week at the studio.

    Tom holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Canberra. He has experience in a range of high-level sporting settings and is committed to a holistic and evidence-based approach to injury rehabilitation. Tom is passionate about helping people deal with their injuries so they can simply get back to living their normal lives. His friendly approach is always underpinned by a highly informed clinical practice.

    Sarah holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy Degree from the University of Canberra. She has spent several years working in the hospital setting rotating through various clinical areas including orthopaedics, outpatients and the emergency department. Sarah's interests include sporting injuries, orthopaedics and lower limb injuries. She is passionate about empowering her clients to achieve their goals and educating them about their bodies. Sarah also teaches Pilates classes and loves incorporating Pilates in her rehab approach.

Some private health funds will offer rebates for your physiotherapy sessions at here. The exact amount returned will depend on your fund and level of cover so it’s best to ask them directly for this information.

Musculoskeletal physiotherapy fees

  • initial physiotherapy assessment 50 minutes $135
  • subsequent physiotherapy consult 50 minutes $135
  • subsequent physiotherapy consult 30 minutes $90

Pelvic floor physiotherapy fees

  • pelvic floor physiotherapy assessment 50 minutes $160

Cancellations.

Holler if you need to cancel your appointment, you must process a cancellation via email at hello@behere.co at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the commencement time of the service will result in 50% of the total fee for the service being charged to you.
