an active approach to physiotherapy.

an active approach to physiotherapy.

At here. our approach to physiotherapy is a little different.

We believe education is paramount, that you need to truly understand what’s going on in your body if we’re to fix it together. We believe in taking an active approach to your rehab whenever possible and clinically relevant.

every body is different.

every body is different.

We don’t just treat injuries, we work with you to prevent them.

Our biomechanical assessment process is comprehensive and considered at every step. Likewise, we believe it’s important to involve you in your own treatment. We don’t use (metaphorical) bandaids, rather we’ll teach you exercises to address the root cause of your body’s issues and give you the skills and knowledge to make informed, healthy decisions. We’ll get you moving.

pelvic floor physiotherapy

pelvic floor physiotherapy

here. is also home to a specific women’s health physiotherapy clinic.

We provide pre and post-natal physiotherapy services and pelvic floor assessments and training for women of all ages in our Canberra studio. We’re constantly meeting people stressed about pelvic floor dysfunction simply because they didn’t know there’s treatment available. It may be exercise induced, pregnancy or stress related, or a result of normal life changes. Whatever the cause, it can happen to anyone and is more common than you think. Know that we’re here to help.
