At here. we offer highly tailored pilates classes and physiotherapy exercise sessions so your body can get the attention it deserves.

Occasionally you’ll get some homework, but we promise to keep it fun.
assess first.
We recommend everyone starts with an individual physiotherapy exercise assessment.
These comprehensive sessions run for 50 minutes and will help us identify areas that need particular attention as we design your program.
They’re compulsory for access to tune classes, and recommended (though not compulsory) prior to attending hr.pilates and go.pilates classes.
From there you can choose an individual sessions or join a group class where we keep the numbers low so we can keep an eye on you, ensuring your technique is spot on.
Initial assessments cost $135 (or $160 for pre/post-natal) and may be subsidised by your private health insurance.
