At here. we create tailored experiences to help teams slow down and work fast.
From day-retreats helping your team to de-stress and think clearly, to ongoing corporate wellbeing and yoga subscriptions, we help you find a different pace.
Get a new outlook on wellbeing and productivity in the workplace.
Go-slow is a day for your team to find their flow. In every occupation there are times when we need our brains to be firing on all cylinders to help us meet those deadlines, however there are also times when we need to change our pace, to let our brain relax and unwind.
Begin with a private vinyasa yoga class at 9:00am to get the blood flowing and reset the brain for the day ahead. Next you’ll be sipping single origin filter coffee from Redbrick Espresso or specialty tea from Assembly Store as you ease into an educational tutorial from our resident Neuropsychologist, Dr Andrea Murray. In this session you’ll learn to train your brain to focus and improve your efficiency at work and in life.
Following a delicious shared lunch around the communal table thanks to our friends at HighRoad, the focus of the day shifts to slowing down. You’ll move into another tutorial, this time focusing on stress reduction with implementation strategies tailored to your working life. Next up it’s back onto the mats for a yin class and finally, it’ll be time for celebrating with a mindful tasting of your favourite beverage.
The ‘go’ component of the retreat allows your team to learn that a focussed, clear brain is one which operates most efficiently.
We all have access to greater mental power than that which we are currently using. By learning how to direct our attention to exactly where it needs to be we can stop procrastinating and start being more efficient with our time.
The slow component of the day allows your team to learn effective ways to manage their stress.
There are so many demands placed on us within the modern workplace, due in part to rapid advances in technology and the constant drive for innovation. By practicing mindfulness in the workplace we can manage our stress and emotional responses with ease.
