Why work here.?

We take a holistic, evidence based approach to therapy, and believe that good mental health can be achieved by slowing down.

We want you to slow down too, and when you work with us, you’ll find an environment that promotes work-life balance and empowers you to find autonomy and freedom in your work.

Our team are particularly skilled clinicians who embody kindness and authenticity. They are highly professional, but also real humans who know how to laugh at themselves. Most of them drink coffee, and occasionally pinot.

The primary focus of our work revolves around therapy for early adults, with potential opportunities to work with clients of various age groups, depending on your background.

A significant portion of our therapeutic work focuses on helping clients manage heightened stress and anxiety levels. Our clinicians practice from a diverse range of therapeutic frameworks, though prior experience with ACT, Schema, and mindfulness-based therapies is preferred.

What we can offer you

A modern and relaxed therapy setting located within the historic ‘Pavilion Studios’ in New Acton. Your space is bathed in natural sunlight, features elegant timber flooring, and is aesthetically pleasing.
