There’s currently two positions available:

1. Studio Manager

At here. we help people slow down their lives, to live at a different pace and look after both their brain and their body with equal importance placed on both domains.

Our wellbeing studio is a community and our students choose from a range of evidence-based services depending on their specific needs, be it individual appointments in Psychology, Physiotherapy, Massage or through group classes in Yoga and Pilates. We’re forever dedicated to evolving the way healthcare is both perceived and provided.

A growing community means a growing team. We’re now looking for a superstar to join us as the here. studio manager.

Our ideal applicant will be as friendly as they are creative. They will know what it means to host others in our space with a genuine kindness. They will be (more than a little) obsessive about attention to detail. They will be ridiculously organised themselves and love organising others. They will thrive on executing efficiently – it’s busy role and there’s no time for excessive deliberation. They will be passionate about wellbeing and helping others to slow down.

We’re also looking for someone who is a top communicator. You must be able to manage the team, problem solve effectively and creatively when the time arises and, handle those trickier conversations smoothly and professionally when needed.

It’s a highly autonomous role spanning across multiple domains and activities:

Team management

  • driving new staff recruitment
  • internal staff communications
  • internal cultural development

Marketing and communications, content creation and community engagement

  • execution of mailchimp and social campaigns
  • content creation through any of: photography, copywriting, graphic design
  • event planning and coordination

Business strategy, development and lead generation

  • sales strategy development (at individual and corporate levels)
  • initiate new leads
  • facilitation of brand development
  • collaborations

Administration and hosting

  • front of house
  • studio phone calls
  • studio emails
  • receiving payments
  • client scheduling
  • class timetabling and covering
  • cleaning and light duties when required

The position is full-time, paid at $65K-$80K/annum (with leave entitlements) depending on experience and performance.

2. Studio Warrior

What exactly is a Studio Warrior? It’s like the fun version of an administration job, only you get to talk to people all day, host them in our beautiful studio and hang out with an amazing group of humans.

Our ideal applicant will be as friendly as they are creative. They will know what it means to host others in our space with a genuine kindness. They will be (more than a little) obsessive about attention to detail. They will be ridiculously organised. They will thrive on executing efficiently – it’s busy role and there’s no time for excessive deliberation. They will be passionate about wellbeing and helping others to slow down.

You’ll be a ninja at emails, phone calls, socials, and know your way around processing payments and our booking system (we use Mindbody but don’t worry, we can train you up in the latter if you’re new to it).

We’re currently looking for someone to join us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays during normal business hours.

Your role will include any of the following:

Administration and hosting

  • front of house
  • studio phone calls
  • studio emails
  • receiving payments
  • client scheduling
  • class timetabling and covering
  • cleaning and light duties when required

Marketing and communications, content creation and community engagement

  • execution of mailchimp and social campaigns on instagram and facebook
  • content creation through any of: photography, copywriting, graphic design
  • event planning and coordination

The position is casual, paid at $20-35/hour depending on experience and performance.
